Every engagement starts with a free discovery call. After that we scope a Statement of Work with a fixed price — no hourly billing, no surprise overruns. You know the cost before a single hour is worked. Payment is milestone-based: typically a deposit, a mid-point release, and a completion payment on handover.
Everything you need to run, maintain, and modify the system without us. That means full documentation, runbooks for every operational procedure, Terraform/Helm source in your own repositories, team training sessions, and a 30-day post-handover support window. Our goal is that you never need to call us again — if you do, it's because you want to, not because you're dependent on us.
Yes — most of our clients are European but several are UK and US-based. Work is primarily remote. For larger infrastructure deployments we travel for the critical phases (initial setup, team training, go-live). Time zones within ±3h of CET are ideal; we've made it work beyond that for the right project.

Yes. We're not a one-stack shop. Zero-trust infrastructure work spans Kubernetes, bare metal, and hybrid setups. We work with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and Jenkins. For hardware we're hardware-agnostic. If there's something in your existing setup we'd recommend changing, we'll say so clearly during discovery — not after the SOW is signed.
QA on Studio engagements is delivered in partnership with TestGate Studio — full-spectrum QA covering web, mobile, API, desktop, and performance testing. You get one SOW and one invoice. TestGate is not a subcontractor you manage separately — they're part of the delivery team.
