These Terms govern your use of all 47Network products. By creating an account or accessing any product, you agree. We've written them in plain language — please actually read them.

You agree not to use 47Network products in violation of law, others' rights, or platform rules. See the Acceptable Use Policy for details.
We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Status and incidents published at status.the47network.com. Planned maintenance announced 48h in advance.
Paid plans billed monthly or annually in advance. Cancel anytime — access continues to period end. 14-day renewal reminder emails. Refunds case-by-case.
Our liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months. Not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
This policy explains what data we collect, why, retention periods, and your GDPR rights. We collect as little as possible — zero-knowledge means we often can't read your data even if we wanted to.
