What is included

One named maintained delivery.
Up to two hours of optional advice or small improvements per prepaid month.
An explicitly agreed period, availability and unused-time terms.

What we need from you

The delivery to support and the improvements you have in mind.
The intended period and the capacity that needs to be agreed.

Begin with a description. Do not send passwords, private keys, confidential source files or production data in your first enquiry.

Outside this package

Hosting, paid licences, model-provider fees or emergency/on-call cover.
Monitoring, an uptime SLA or automatic renewal unless separately agreed.
Paying extra to report or correct our original in-scope delivery defects.

A clear path from enquiry to delivery

Describe the result and the material or environment involved.
Confirm fit, scope, rights, availability and terms before any work is accepted.
When ordering opens, agree the work and review it against the stated outcomes.

Support and rights

Basic guidebook access, defect reports and correction of our in-scope delivery defects belong to the original agreed service. Optional Care covers extra advice or small enhancements, not the right to report a problem.

Rights depend on the deliverable and its sources. Existing dependencies keep their own licences; source-included bespoke work and report reuse are defined in the written scope. Exclusivity and public reuse are separate decisions.

Business price in EUR, excluding applicable VAT. A package is a defined deliverable, not automatically a software licence.

Can I order this package now?

Is this a software subscription?

Not automatically. These prices describe the named work or support period. Product licensing, hosting and paid third-party services are separate unless explicitly included.

How is timing agreed?

Availability and a delivery schedule are confirmed in the written scope. This page does not reserve capacity or promise a turnaround.

What happens if my scope is larger?

Describe the difference. Additional source material, languages, integrations or review requirements need a separate agreed scope and price; there is no automatic overage.
