When you email us

How long enquiries are kept

• An enquiry that does not become a contract is deleted 12 months after the last message in the thread.
• If an enquiry becomes a paid project, necessary contract and invoice records are kept only for the period required by Romanian accounting and tax law.
• You may request deletion at any time, except where retention is legally required.
