1. What do we have?
The proposed inventory would keep the resource and its provenance together. This describes a design direction, not an available inventory service.

Spolia
Spolia explores a way to understand resources, their relationships and possible future uses. The proposed system starts with what an organisation has, where it came from and what it depends on.
Design concept. Not available for public use.
The design is aimed at workshops and organisations that want to understand their components and materials before planning another use. Something that appears unused may still be needed elsewhere or unavailable for modification.
The proposed inventory would keep the resource and its provenance together. This describes a design direction, not an available inventory service.
Consider the resource’s relationships and dependencies before treating it as spare. The design does not establish that any real inventory or dependency map is complete.
Explore possible alternative uses while keeping the plan separate from permission to act. A plan does not authorize moving, cutting or modifying hardware.
Illustrative design question: a component looks spare, but its purpose and relationships are unclear. Before planning another use, ask what it belongs to and whether it is available. This explains the intended problem; it is not a claim that Spolia has inspected or approved a real component.
Spolia remains a design concept. The retained project description records an experimental synthetic projection using PALIMATTER; it does not establish a complete Spolia product. There is no public tool to use here.
An apparently unused resource is not automatically available. A proposed use does not establish ownership, suitability or permission to change the object. Those questions need to be resolved outside the plan.
Describe the result you need. An enquiry does not reserve access or place an order.
